Mortality:
The number of deaths recorded from civil registry data over the past few weeks is in line with expected levels for this time of year.
Emergency department visits by vulnerable populations
No significant changes in emergency department visits for children under 1 year of age and adults aged 75 and older.
Reportable Diseases (MDO)
Note the persistently high incidence of IIM in the region, particularly in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques.
Enterovirus
meningitis Nationally, the number of emergency department visits for viral meningitis is stable across all age groups.
Acute gastroenteritis (AGE)
In Aquitaine, AGE activity in hospital emergency departments and primary care is stable, close to the expected level for this time of year. According to SOS Médecins, an upward trend is observed at the national level.
Vector-borne diseases
In Lot-et-Garonne, since the resumption of enhanced surveillance for chikungunya and dengue, two imported cases of dengue have been confirmed by the National Reference Center for Arboviruses.
Asthma and Allergies Allergy
activity is stable in Aquitaine as well as in France. The increase observed in asthma follow-up at the regional level is confirmed in S37, a trend identical to that observed at the national level.
Mushroom Poisoning (indicator not detailed in the body of the document)
Since July, in Aquitaine, there have been 8 cases of poisoning due to mushroom ingestion (Oscour® data).
