Since the project launched in January 2012, more than 4,400 people from all French departments have registered with GrippeNet.fr. In week 13 of 2012, 78% of participants reported having no symptoms.
Changes in indicators for the week of March 26, 2012, to April 1, 2012:
Influenza: increase in the incidence rate of consultations for flu-like symptoms in private practice compared to the previous week (unified network)
Bronchiolitis: low activity and steadily decreasing
Gastroenteritis: moderate activity for SOS Médecins and in emergency departments
Activity in private practice and hospital emergency departments: stable for SOS Médecins Côte Basque and Pau (data not available for Bordeaux) and in emergency departments
