Emergency department visits by vulnerable populations: According to available data, emergency department activity for people aged 75 and older and those under 1 year of age is in line with expectations.

Notifiable Diseases (ND)No unusual situation this week.

Acute gastroenteritis (AGE)In Aquitaine, activity is moderate, close to expected levels for this time of year. Nationally, activity ranges from moderate to high but is trending downward.

Asthma and Allergies: In Aquitaine, allergy-related visits continue to rise according to SOS Médecins, but asthma-related visits remain stable. The forecast indicates a moderate to high risk of pollen-related allergies (plane tree, oak, and grass pollen) for all departments in the region. Nationally, allergy-related visits are stable compared to last week but remain higher than expected for the season.

Respiratory virology and enterovirus meningitis: Circulation of influenza viruses has stabilized, according to the Bordeaux University Hospital. Only one sample tested positive for influenza B, and 75% of positive samples were for rhinovirus.
