  • All surveillance indicators have increased in this eighth week of the epidemic.

Influenza and influenza-like illnesses

  • Increase in indicators across all age groups at SOS Médecins and hospital emergency departments.

  • Stabilization of the incidence of acute respiratory infections (data from the Sentinelles network).

COVID-19

  • Increase in emergency room visits (OSCOUR) and procedures at SOS Médecins.

  • Increase in virological surveillance indicators (Néo-SIDEP data).

Gastroenteritis

  • Indicators are stable in SOS Médecins associations and the Sentinelles network, and decreasing in hospital emergency departments.

Sursaud Surveillance

  • Pneumonia: increase in visits for pneumonia in emergency departments among children aged 5 to 14.

  • Asthma: very high activity levels among children aged 2 to 14 following the All Saints’ Day holiday.
