Health Monitoring in the Île-de-France Region. Update as of July 12, 2023.
Key points
Chikungunya, dengue, Zika
Since the start of enhanced surveillance in the region, 65 cases of arboviral diseases—54 confirmed cases and 11 probable cases—have been identified in Île-de-France, including 64 cases of dengue and 1 case of chikungunya, all of which were imported (Table 1 and Figure 2).
The cases were imported from the Caribbean (35), Latin America (11), Asia (10), and sub-Saharan Africa (7) (Figure 3). Among the cases, 61 (95%) were potentially viremic in Île-de-France, and 30 (46.2%) resided in municipalities in the region colonized by the “tiger mosquito” (Aedes albopictus).

The Île-de-France region is under a green alert in week 28 as of the publication date of this report.
