Key points

Bronchiolitis in children under 2 years of age

  • Decrease in all indicators in hospital emergency departments, with a very marked decrease in visits followed by hospitalization for bronchiolitis

  • Increase in indicators for community care, SOS Médecins, and ARB, but case numbers remained low

  • The bronchiolitis outbreak in Île-de-France ended in week 02

Gastroenteritis and acute diarrhea

  • Stabilization of acute gastroenteritis surveillance indicators at SOS Médecins for adults and an increase among children in Île-de-France

  • Decrease in acute gastroenteritis surveillance indicators in hospital emergency departments for all ages and stabilization among children

  • Stabilization of indicators for the Sentinelles Network

  • Low activity level in hospital emergency departments and moderate activity at SOS Médecins

Flu-like syndromes

  • Continued overall decrease in epidemiological and virological surveillance indicators across all age groups

  • Epidemic peak passed in week 2022/50

  • Viral circulation still active: 8th week of the epidemic phase in the Île-de-France region
