Evaluation of the Organization of Operational Infection Control Teams in Hospitals in the Paris-Nord Interregional Area

As part of its coordination efforts, the CCLIN Paris-Nord established a network of hygiene practitioners across the region in 1998. At the request of this network, an assessment of the organization and responsibilities of the EOHs (Operational Hygiene Teams) was conducted. The objectives of this work were to assess the composition, status, and activities of the existing teams in light of current regulations, to create a directory of EOHs in the Paris-Nord inter-regional area, and to advance the discussion on the needs and missions of hygiene teams.
