• In mainland France, the incidence of acute diarrhea cases seen in general practice remains slightly below the epidemic threshold.

• In Nord-Pas-de-Calais and Picardy, calls to SOS Médecins are generally stable and below regional epidemic thresholds. Conversely, visits to emergency departments for acute gastroenteritis have been on the rise over the past two weeks, and outbreaks of acute gastroenteritis in senior care facilities are increasing.
