Summary

Week 46 was marked by the terrorist attacks in Paris and Saint-Denis (93) on the night of November 13–14, 2015. Enhanced surveillance following these events revealed an unprecedented increase in emergency room visits for “stress.”Note: Private practitioners were on strike on Friday, November 13; the strike was suspended due to the attacks. Nevertheless, SOS Médecins activity was significantly reduced that day (-69% compared to the average of the previous four Fridays), making it difficult to interpret the indicators from this source.
