  • The BA.5 sublineage has been on the rise and has been the dominant strain since week S24; it accounts for 58.8% of interpretable sequences in the Flash S24 survey (49.3% for Flash S23); increase in the proportion of samples carrying the L452 mutation (53.2% in S25 vs. 48.9% in S24).

  • Increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in ESMS.
