  • The BA.5 sublineage has been stable and dominant since week S24; it accounts for 58.4% of interpretable sequences in the Flash S25 survey (58.8% for Flash S24); increase in the proportion of samples carrying the L452 mutation (57.9% in S26 vs. 54.4% in S25).

  • Increase in the number of COVID-19 cases in ESMS
