97.4% of screened tests showed a profile consistent with the Omicron (D1) variant in S19. The BA.2 sublineage accounted for 98.0% of sequences in the S18 Flash survey.
In week 19, a third positive case of the BA.5 sublineage and the first case of the BA.4 sublineage of the Omicron variant were reported and investigated in the region.
