Key points

  • One department under an orange alert (Ille-et-Vilaine) and three departments under a yellow alert (Côtes d'Armor, Finistère, Morbihan).

  • Since the start of the heat wave: A decline in heat-related medical consultations following an initial increase in the OSCOUR® network and stabilization of consultations in the SOS Médecins network.

  • For yesterday:

    • - 8 emergency room visits for heat-related conditions; these visits primarily involved individuals aged 75 and older (n=4). 50% (4/8) of these emergency room visits were followed by hospitalization

    • - 8 SOS Médecins consultations for heat-related illnesses; these consultations mainly involved those under 15 years of age (n=3) and those aged 75 and older (n=2).
