COVID-19
Slight deterioration in the regional COVID-19 epidemiological situation: increase in the incidence rate (IR) and positivity rate (PR), accompanied by a slight increase in the testing rate. The regional IR rose from 716.2 per 100,000 inhabitants in Week 8 to 784.6 per 100,000 inhabitants in Week 9. The IR in the four departments is below 1,000 per 100,000 inhabitants: +147 points in Côtes d’Armor, +53 points in Finistère, +80 points in Ille-et-Vilaine, and +8 points in Morbihan. Decrease in general care hospitalizations and use of SOS Médecins, slight increase in emergency room visits, and stabilization of critical care hospitalizations. Estimated vaccination coverage by place of residence stands at 84.4% for one dose and 83.6% for a full course.
