In Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, the tuberculosis case rate remained well below the national average, with 3.5 reported cases per 100,000 inhabitants (compared to 6.9 per 100,000 inhabitants in metropolitan France)
Disparities were observed between departments, with the highest reported rates in the Territoire-de-Belfort (10 per 100,000 inhabitants) and Haute-Saône (6.9 per 100,000 inhabitants) in 2020
The incidence is twice as high among men
