COVID-19:
In Bourgogne-Franche-Comté during week 46 (November 9–15), 10,165 people tested positive; the incidence rate was 365.2 per 100,000 inhabitants, and the positivity rate was 19.2%. These rates are lower than in week 45 and primarily affect the 75+ age group;
in week 46, the positivity rate reached 22.4% in Doubs, 20.2% in Saône-et-Loire, 19.3% in Yonne, 19.2% in Jura, and 18.7% in the Territoire de Belfort (Source: SI DEP).
Influenza: Activity at SOS Médecins and emergency departments related to influenza is currently low. Since the start of surveillance for severe influenza cases admitted to intensive care (as of October 5, 2020), no cases have been reported in the region.
Bronchiolitis: The percentage of bronchiolitis cases among diagnoses in children under 2 years of age (red curve) is within the ranges observed during the two previous seasons for both SOS Médecins and emergency departments.
Gastroenteritis: The percentages of gastroenteritis among diagnoses made by SOS Médecins and hospital emergency departments are currently well below the rates of the two previous seasons.
