The regional testing rate continues to decline. The positivity rate, at 11.4%, has risen by more than 3 percentage points. In this context, in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, SARS-CoV-2 viral circulation continues to increase but remains at a low level. The incidence rate is estimated at 55 cases per 100,000 inhabitants (which is lower than the national rate)
At the subregional level, departmental incidence rates range from 32 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in Nièvre to 80 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the Territoire de Belfort, and positivity rates range from 8.8% in Saône-et-Loire to 14.3% in Yonne

Following the increase observed last week, influenza-related activity (all ages) is decreasing this week among SOS Médecins associations and in emergency departments
45 severe influenza cases admitted to intensive care reported by the intensive care unit sentinel network
52 reports of clusters of acute respiratory infections in long-term care facilities since early October 2022
Acute gastroenteritis
Activity (all ages) at SOS Médecins clinics is decreasing and is at levels seen in previous seasons during the same period
Activity in emergency departments is decreasing and remains well below that observed during last season
