Situation in Rhône-Alpes

  • Chickenpox: According to the Sentinelles network, in Rhône-Alpes, during week 18 (April 29–May 5), the incidence rate of chickenpox cases seen in primary care was estimated at 56 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, indicating high activity. Then, in week 19 (May 6–12), the incidence rate decreased to 19 cases per 100,000 inhabitants, indicating low activity.

  • Dengue: Since the start of the enhanced surveillance period in four of our departments, two imported cases have been identified (Rhône and Ardèche) and subsequently confirmed by the CNR.
