Health Surveillance in Auvergne. Epidemiological Update as of May 22, 2015.
Health Surveillance Bulletin – Surveillance of Notifiable Diseases in Auvergne The surveillance system for notifiable diseases (NDs) relies on the detection, reporting, and notification of cases by laboratory technicians and reporting physicians to the health authority. Currently, this surveillance system covers 31 diseases, which must be reported to the Regional Health Agency (ARS). Data from the surveillance system are collected by the InVS. Following analysis and interpretation, the results are published at the national level by the InVS and at the regional level by the InVS regional offices. The Auvergne Regional Health Agency (Cire Auvergne) has published a Health Surveillance Bulletin (BVS) presenting an overview of MDOs (number of cases, trends, main characteristics, etc.) occurring in Auvergne for the 2009–2013 period, spanning five years.
Prevention and Public Health Days: With a view to strengthening their collaboration, the Inpes, the InVS, and the Eprus are joining forces to organize the Prevention and Public Health Days, which will take place on June 9, 10, and 11 at the Centre universitaire des Saints-Pères (Paris).
