Epidemiological Summary

In Saint Martin, several health alerts have been reported since the passage of Irma and Maria: - An increase in cases of gastroenteritis at Nina Duverly School, which is housing the former Grand-Case disaster relief camp. This episode has ended. - Several cases of foodborne illness reported in connection with meals consumed at various restaurants (break in the cold chain). - One suspected case of dengue fever currently under investigation and awaiting laboratory confirmation. - Two suspected cases of hepatitis A are also awaiting laboratory confirmation.

In Saint Barthélemy: No ongoing epidemics; no health alerts related to monitored diseases. Post-Irma psychological impact currently being assessed.

In Guadeloupe: No ongoing epidemics; no health alerts related to monitored diseases. Post-MARIA psychological impact currently being assessed.

In Martinique: No ongoing epidemics; no health alerts related to monitored diseases. Post-MARIA psychological impact currently being assessed.
