After declining in early November (S2012-45 and S2012-46), the number of clinically suspected dengue cases rose again in the third week (S2012-47) of November (Figure 1), with an estimated 112 cases. This increase was most pronounced in the Cayenne Island and Western French Guiana sectors. The epidemic continues in the Kourou sector, though it remains moderate in scope.
