The decline observed in Saint Martin since early March 2014 continues. In Saint Barthélemy, the circulation of the chikungunya virus remains stable and moderate. In Martinique, the epidemic continues, although there was a decrease in the number of clinically suggestive cases during the third week of April. In Guadeloupe, the increase in the number of clinically suggestive cases observed since late March continues. In French Guiana, the circulation of the virus remains moderate.
