Saint Martin: ongoing epidemic. The predominant circulating serotype is serotype 1. The number of clinical cases (about 60) and the number of confirmed cases (about 30) recorded each week has remained stable for the past four weeks. The increase in the number of emergency room visits for dengue has continued since mid-March (week 2020-12).
Saint-Barthélemy: resurgence of biologically confirmed cases. The predominant circulating serotype is serotype 2. Dengue surveillance indicators show active circulation of the virus in the territory. A peak in the number of confirmed cases was observed in week 2020-17, and a peak in the number of emergency room visits for suspected dengue was observed in early May (week 2020-19).
