• Virology (specimens collected in private practice): three positive specimens out of 15 analyzed (20% positivity rate) in Saint Martin and one specimen tested negative in Saint Barthélemy.

Surveillance in long-term care facilities, including nursing homes

Hospital surveillance

• Oscour® Network: 50 visits for suspected COVID-19 between April 6 and April 12, 2020 (S, 42 in S-1), one visit in Saint Martin (S, 5 in S-1), and three visits in Saint Barthélemy (S, 2 in S-1)

• Hospital laboratories: 8.4% of tests positive (S, 16.5% in S-1)

• ICU/intensive care units: 57% of cases aged 65 and older, and 36.4% of cases with at least one risk factor

Mortality surveillance

• No excess mortality detected through week S 14 (March 30–April 5, 2020)
