Situation Analysis

All epidemiological indicators point to low circulation of the dengue virus in Saint Martin, and this situation corresponds to Phase 1 of the Northern Islands Dengue Action Plan**. Furthermore, the seasonality of dengue appears to have been changing in recent years. The Expert Committee on Infectious and Emerging Diseases will meet shortly to review this situation.
