Two unrelated local cases of chikungunya have been identified, one in the Var department and the other in the Hérault department. Investigations and prevention and control measures are underway.
Imported cases
From May 1, when enhanced surveillance began, through June 17, 2025, the following have been identified:
395 imported cases of dengue
583 imported cases of chikungunya
2 imported cases of Zika
