Santé publique France was established in May 2016. By bringing together the Institute for Health Surveillance (InVS), the National Institute for Prevention and Health Education (Inpes), the Agency for Preparedness and Response to Health Emergencies (Eprus), and the Public Interest Group Addictions, Drugs, and Alcohol Info Service (GIP Adalis), the Agency has created the conditions for a continuum between its departments and its various functions.
