Pink October: Santé publique France releases a summary of breast cancer incidence and screening data in France
Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among women worldwide and in France. It is a multifactorial disease. In addition to gender and age, there are numerous risk factors. These may be hormonal or reproductive in nature, related to lifestyle or the environment, or linked to genetic predisposition or a personal history of breast disease.
In observance of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Santé publique France has released a summary of the latest data on breast cancer incidence and screening in France.
