    • 21 departments with an incidence rate > 10 per 100,000 inhabitants in S31− In Mayenne: Highest incidence rate (48 per 100,000 inhabitants) but decreasing; High vulnerability level− 10 departments with an incidence between 10 and 20 cases per 100,000 inhabitants− 10 departments with an incidence between 20 and 50 cases per 100,000 inhabitants

    • 11 departments with moderate vulnerability and 1 department with high vulnerability

    • A significant proportion of clusters occur within extended family settings and at gatherings

    • Île-de-France: Rising incidence rate with 5 departments at moderate vulnerability

  • In French Guiana and Mayotte: continued high-level circulation of the virus

  • Adherence to preventive measures and the "Test-Trace-Isolate" strategy helps limit the spread of the virus
