Variants
Proportion of suspected variants of concern (VOC) identified by screening RT-PCR:
suspected cases of the 20I/501Y.V1 variant are the majority in mainland France at 79.9%
suspected cases of the 20H/501Y.V2 or 20J/501Y.V3 variants remain stable at 4.4%
Prevention
Vaccination
8,284,391 people (12.3% vaccination coverage) in the general population who have received at least one dose
Among people under 65 with comorbidities: vaccination coverage of 23.1% (for at least one dose)
Importance of consistently following preventive measures and limiting contact, including for vaccinated individuals
If symptoms develop, immediate isolation is required, and a test should be performed as soon as possible
