Ordering COVID-19 Vaccines

Welcome to the Santé publique France service dedicated to ordering COVID-19 vaccines for private practice. Find all the information you need on ordering and distribution procedures, products available for order, and more...

The vaccine ordering portal for the fall and winter 2026–2027 campaign will open on Monday, September 21, and Tuesday, September 22, 2026.

During the end-of-year holidays, the ordering portal will be temporarily closed from December 21, 2026, through January 3, 2027. It will reopen on Monday, January 4, and Tuesday, January 5, 2027.

In light of the COVID-19 health crisis, this service allows pharmacies to order vaccines for themselves as well as for community healthcare professionals and the facilities affiliated with them.

To that end, please consult the expanded and updated resource library, available under the “Need help?” and “Documentation and References” sections.

Quick Access

  • I log in to the ordering tool (login is done using the CPS or e-CPS card of the pharmacy’s licensed pharmacist, or one of them if there are multiple).

Ordering and Distribution Procedures

Vaccine ordering and distribution are conducted according to the following procedures (unless otherwise specified):

  • Return to weekly ordering starting with the September 21–22, 2026, ordering session: pharmacies may place orders each week during a specific time period, typically from Monday through Tuesday at 11:00 p.m.;
  • Products ordered during a Monday or Tuesday ordering session will be delivered between Thursday and Friday of the following week, i.e., on day 10, barring exceptions;
  • Pharmacies can view their order confirmation directly in the ordering system starting the day after the ordering session closes (usually Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.).
