In France, for the year 2018, the estimated number of new cases of non-cutaneous mature T/NK-cell lymphoma was 1,136, including 625 in men and 511 in women. Key points: Standardized net survival of 64% at 1 year and 43% at 5 years for individuals diagnosed between 2010 and 2015; Higher net survival in women compared to men: for those diagnosed before age 70 at 1-year follow-up, and regardless of age at diagnosis at 5-year follow-up; Decrease in net survival based on age at diagnosis: 69% at age 40 and 30% at age 80 at 5-year follow-up; Improvement in net survival at 5 years between 2005 and 2015, more pronounced in older age groups: +18 percentage points among those aged 60 and older at diagnosis versus 14 points among those aged 40.
