Childcare workers, educators, social service assistants, as well as nurses and doctors...: supporting young children involves a wide range of professionals—both specialists and generalists—and organizations in the medical-social sector. The key challenge is to coordinate all of these skills. To do so, these professionals must have a common foundation in their training to develop a shared culture.
