Supporting Caregivers of Dependent Individuals [Interview].

ESAD (the Home Caregiver Support Team) is an intervention team that supports caregivers of dependent elderly individuals. It consists of a psychosocial support coordinator for caregivers, a social worker, an occupational therapist, a psychologist, and a secretary. The team supports the caregiver, particularly by serving as a liaison with the various professionals in their community and the healthcare system.
