Running helps them realize their potential [Interview].

On Réunion Island, thanks to an initiative by volunteers, people with intellectual disabilities are taking part in an activity that is usually beyond their reach: mountain running. The results have been remarkable in terms of building self-esteem, fostering independence, and promoting social and professional integration.
