Reducing Stigma Against People with Mental Health Disorders: A Literature Review.
Numerous programs and campaigns aimed at combating stigma have been developed and evaluated. The findings indicate that communication campaigns have not demonstrated significant effects, and that the most promising initiatives are those that encourage interaction and dialogue with people living with mental health conditions.
