How can we know what is good—or not good—for a hospitalized child if they cannot communicate with the healthcare team? Responding to a need identified in hospitals, the Sparadrap association created a poster to be placed next to the hospitalized child’s bed. Pre-tested in healthcare settings to address real needs, it is often filled out collaboratively by the family and the healthcare team. The child is thus naturally placed at the center of this process, which helps improve their daily life in any healthcare setting.
