Nearly one in ten French people work while dealing with very serious health issues.
A survey of people aged 18 to 65 shows that 55% of them are in good health, 31% in fair health, and 14% in poor health. When examining the link to employment, it comes as no surprise that good health goes hand in hand with work and employment. More surprising, however, is that a significant proportion of those in poor health still manage to hold down a job. This leaves them with little leeway to cope with the demands of their work.
