Health and Vulnerability: Walk-in Clinics for Dental Care.

In 1998, the Law Against Social Exclusion established the Permanent Health Care Access Units (PASS), which provide dental care. For example, the PASS at the Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital in Paris treated 2,200 patients between 2002 and 2011. However, this national program remains insufficient to provide dental care to the most disadvantaged individuals.
