God in Children's Perceptions of Health.

Children often speak openly about the influence of religion on their health, whether they come from a Catholic, Muslim, or other religious background. For Jean-Christophe Azorin, a health educator, the key is to know how to listen to what they say—not to ignore it—to accept it, and to know how to respond. The issue of faith can thus be linked to “living together,” opening a dialogue about the diversity of opinions, particularly religious ones. And, in the background, it helps strengthen their psychosocial skills and self-esteem.
