Film and Aging.

Aging well isn't just about eating right, getting more exercise, and drinking less (or not at all?)... At least, that’s what the movies seem to suggest. There aren’t very many films that tackle the issue of aging, compared, for example, to those that deal with adolescence. The feature films that the authors of this article were able to identify focus primarily on the social and human relationships that our societies—and we ourselves—are either capable of or struggle to maintain in old age.
