Evaluation of telephone helplines: a growing need.
INPES and the organizations that manage remote support services (hotlines and online services) conduct various types of evaluations: user surveys, monitoring of counselors regarding the quality of content, and so on, each designed to achieve a specific objective. Here is a brief overview of the main types of evaluations used.
