Coordinating the Network of Health Education Committees: The CFES Experience (1997–2002).

The 108 local—departmental and regional—health education committees have, with the support of the CFES, developed a shared culture and collaborative initiatives over the past few years, with both successes and limitations. The creation of the INPES in 2002 eliminated the CFES’s role in coordinating the network of committees; the National Federation of Committees now fulfills this role. A review of these years of network coordination under the—sometimes contested—leadership of the CFES. [article excerpt]
