Child Neglect: Current Understanding and Intervention Strategies.

This article aims to describe an ecosystemic model of child neglect that can be applied, in particular, to the development of new intervention programs and to the evaluation of the implementation and effects of existing programs. Carl Lacharité, Louise Éthier, and Pierre Nolin summarize the consequences of child neglect and offer recommendations for intervention.
