In Chalon-sur-Saône, high school students have been trained as peer educators in AIDS prevention.

In Chalon-sur-Saône, the municipal social services center and the city government have established a coalition of eighteen organizations to develop health education and AIDS prevention initiatives. Thirty high school students have been trained in prevention and serve as “youth ambassadors” in high schools, supervised by teachers and school health staff. Interview with Marie-Christine Agacinski, head of the Health and Prevention Department in Chalon-sur-Saône and coordinator of the coalition.
