The "Aging Well" Plan: Initial Assessment of On-the-Ground Initiatives.
The Healthy Aging Plan supports grassroots initiatives aimed at promoting the health of older adults. Government authorities evaluated 314 projects to assess their effectiveness. Among the weaknesses, partnerships often remain insufficient, as do the self-assessments conducted by project leaders, who are, admittedly, faced with significant administrative constraints.
