    • 810 emergency department visits recorded through week 42; 38% of hospitalizations were secondary to these visits over the entire period

    • 236 RSV (Respiratory Syncytial Virus) cases detected through virological surveillance in 2021

  • Start of the epidemic in mainland France (twelve regions in the epidemic phase in Week 43)
