  • Two departments in the Île-de-France region were subject to enhanced surveillance for arboviruses in 2018: Val-de-Marne (94) and Hauts-de-Seine (92).

  • 32 imported cases of dengue were reported during the 2018 season, mainly among travelers returning from Southeast Asia. No imported cases of chikungunya or Zika were reported, and no local transmission occurred in the region.

  • 15 oviposition traps placed in disease-free areas tested positive.

  • Departments subject to enhanced arbovirus surveillance in Île-de-France in 2019: Paris (75), Seine-et-Marne (77), Essonne (91), Hauts-de-Seine (92), Seine-Saint-Denis (93), and Val-de-Marne (94).
