The Impact of Precarious Living Conditions on the Health of Pregnant Women.

As part of a study, pregnant women living in precarious circumstances were monitored in Seine-Saint-Denis. In this department, infant mortality is at least four times higher than the national average. These women face significant difficulties navigating the healthcare system. The predominantly medical-focused care is not suited to their situation. The Île-de-France Regional Health Agency is working to improve these conditions.
