Virology: in Saint Martin, 3 positive samples out of 14 tested (21.4% positivity rate)
Surveillance in long-term care facilities, including nursing homes
No outbreaks of acute respiratory infections (ARI) had been reported as of April 7, 2020
Hospital surveillance
Oscour® Network: 356 screenings for suspected COVID-19 per 10,000 (Week 14 vs. 311 in Week 13) in Guadeloupe.
Hospital laboratories: 16.5% of tests positive (Week 14 versus 17.9% in Week 13)
ICU/intensive care units: 62.5% of patients aged 65 and older in Guadeloupe and 25.0% in Saint Martin. 58.3% of patients with at least one risk factor in Guadeloupe and 75.0% in Saint Martin
